发现多了 Gopkg.lock、Gopkg.toml 文件和 vendor 文件夹
例如，我在测试一个项目的时候，使用了 > github.com/bitly/go-simplejson > > github.com/axgle/mahonia
两个第三方包，执行过 dep init 之后，在 vendor 目录如下
并且新增了两个文件，分别为 Gopkg.lock、Gopkg.toml

如果自己已经写好 toml 文件，执行 >dep ensure
即可完成指定 toml 包的导入，也可动态添加包到项目 >1、修改 toml 文件，然后 dep ensure > >2、dep ensure -add github.com/bitly/go-simplejson@=0.4.3 命令导入包

然后查看文件目录 PROJECT
执行 dep 导入包动作，其实 dep 首先把包保存在 $GOPATH/pkg/dep/...中保存一份，下次导入的时候，如果指定 -gopath 会优先从 $GOPATH/pkg/dep/...中搜索，然后在从互联网中下载
